Clean Water Wastewater Fund

Alberta will receive $196.7 million to provide communities with improved water and wastewater systems. Eligible projects may receive up to 50% of Federal funding. The Department of Transportation is the lead on this Fund.

Deadline for submissions for this fund was March 1, 2017.

Approved projects include:

North Red Deer Regional Wastewater Transmission Line (Lacombe/Blackfalds to Red Deer) - $29,881,680

Municipal District of Pincher Creek – Beaver Mines Regional Water Supply - $2,288,400

Pigeon Lake Regional Wastewater System - $3,470,550
